Detox Water

For a while now Iv been making and drinking my own detox water. At first i just loved how amazing they looked when i saw pictures on instagram and then i eventually ended up making my own. You cut up any fruit of your choice and place them in a bottle of water overnight. The water infuses all the nutrients and then when you drink it the water acts as a detox to your body. Each fruit acts in a different way, some cleansing others for healthier hair and skin but all have their benefits! Some fruits work better than others, i found strawberries, kiwi, grapes, lemon, lime and cucumber were best. Fruits like melon go too soggy and don't taste or smell nice at all in my opinion. But just experiment and see which you like best! I used it as a lunch replacement for a week and it made a difference! Also its so refreshing for summer.
